As a contracted client, your company has the privilege of reserving a specific number of tickets per calendar month within the agreed price category. Bookings are processed on a 'first-come, first-served' basis, ensuring fairness. You have the option to choose between a fixed contract term or an indefinite term until further notice, with the convenience of automatic renewal if desired. The tracking period for your tickets can be either a calendar month or three months, depending on your preference.The flight routes and the number of reserved seats per month are tailored to your selected price categories, ensuring flexibility and suitability. Under the Serial Ticket Scheme, authorized users are individuals with your company's e-mail domain, allowing seamless access to the reservation process. Additionally, you have the ability to reserve extra seats during the Subscription Term, enabling adjustments to your travel requirements.

Prices and payments are determined by a percentage discount applied to our standard rates, providing cost savings for your company. Detailed pricing information and your discounted  prices can be found on our website here and also through the LYGG application, ensuring transparency and accessibility. Payment terms allow a fourteen-day period from the invoice date, granting ample time for payment processing. Payments can currently be made by credit card in the mobile application once you book a flight.

It is important to note that LYGG operates as a mobility-as-a-service provider and platform provider. We integrate various transportation modes into a seamless travel chain, offering convenience and efficiency to our clients. However, please be aware that LYGG is not an airline or transportation service provider directly. Instead, we collaborate with different service providers to ensure a comprehensive travel experience.

In the event of order termination, either LYGG or the customer can provide written notice, ensuring a clear and straightforward process.
