A newly established company, Flyggit Ltd., has acquired LYGG’s business and brand. The company was founded by LYGG’s core team and the main owners. The mission remains the same: connecting regions to the world while supporting traveler wellbeing, corporate productivity, and regional vitality, sustainably.
LYGG now continues with a leaner setup and a refined business model. The new structure is designed to operate efficiently and scale sustainably. The refined model introduces a scheduled four-city flight corridor that triples the route options available to a regional city. The model also enables tailored flights for the region’s companies, with the option to open unused seats through the LYGG platform.
LYGG’s original spirit and commitment to reshaping regional travel in close collaboration with customers and communities remains just as strong, if not stronger. With a clear model and experienced team in place, LYGG is now well positioned to deliver smarter regional travel while building on what’s already been validated.
The first region of focus is the North Sea area, where LYGG has been invited to help improve access in the energy, resource, and marine sectors.
